As a pharmaceutical research facility, this high-security building employs many security restrictions for entry and exit.
The automatic revolving door was installed with specialized sensors utilizing time-of-flight technology to control traffic flow. When the door detects attempts to piggyback or tailgate a pedestrian, the door stops, an annunciator sounds, and motion is reversed to eject the unauthorized party.
